Order Processing

All orders placed on other-half.co.uk are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom.

Cancellations, address updates, and order changes are not guaranteed. During busy periods or for orders placed on weekends, these requests may not be possible.

UK Shipping

We offer the following shipping rates for orders within the UK:

• Express (1-2 business days) – £5

EU Shipping

• Express (1-2 business days) – £15 
• Stated fees at checkout exclude any applicable customs duties and taxes.

Your order will be shipped once processing is complete.
