Returns

As a small, handcrafted business, we are unable to accept returns at this time. Each item is made to order, ensuring a unique and tailored product. Therefore, we do not offer returns on any purchases.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, where items are made to order in limited quantities using dead-stock materials, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. Fabric availability is restricted to what is released on the specified launch day, so we are unable to accommodate changes after your order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. Should you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
